We employ person-centered care utilizing a variety of different approaches based on individual needs. Some of these include Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Present day stressors and challenging emotions can be difficult to navigate. We can get lost in it all. Exploring our emotions and how they are connected to our past can help inform our understanding of the present. This insight can allow us an opportunity to cope and better manage our lives. It may be difficult, but healing is always worth the work.
